I just received the order and went ahead to try all of my 3 cats.
Verdict: my 2 tuxedo cats fit comfortably inside - she's about 4,5 kgs while the little one is about 4kgs. My eldest (who is also blind) is about 5,5kgs and did not seem very comfortable inside - since he's bigger compared to the two siblings, im guessing the normal carrier or a bigger backpack for him.
P.s. : i didn't need to communicate with the store so my 5 stars are based on the product, packaging and other comments.
So far i'm satisfied with the product. It seems sturdy enough, it was the colour scheme ordered, and 2/3 cats fit in.
This will be a precious help when i have to move all 3 at the same time.
It is very practical and despite appearing small, it is spacious.
The cat liked it and so did we, good quality, super color, light gray like silver, many holes on the zippers, a pocket for personal items, plenty of space in the middle, suitable for large animals, except for makeup of course. I recommend it.
